1. How long will it take to create my website?

It depends on a lot of things; the answer is different for each site. The size, content, graphics and images, if these are provided or we have to create them, and any other advanced features you may want added (online forms, shopping carts etc.).

2. Do you redesign existing websites?

Absolutely! Send us your URL and give us an idea of what you would like to change and we would be happy to take a look at it and give you an estimate.

3. Do you test the website on multiple browsers?

Yes, we test them on Internet Explorer and Firefox which covers the coding for most browsers.

4. Do you price by the hour or by the job?

We generally price by the job. If you decide later to add more pages, then we will price by the page. In some instances, it would make more sense for the client, to price by the hour if the job is smaller than creating a whole website or a complete page.

5. If you develop my website, who will maintain the website and edit any future changes?

That decision is up to you, we offer an annual maintenance contract which we will maintain your website and edit any changes for you. If you decide to add new pages to your website that would be an additional cost outside of the maintenance contract with us. Or, you can maintain and make future edits yourself. We offer Content Management Systems (CMS) which allows you to maintain your own website.

6. I don’t have a domain name for my website; can you help me acquire one?

Yes, we will do some research and come up with several suggestions for you. Once you agree on a domain name, we will obtain it for you. This will be charged at an hourly rate plus the cost of the domain name and Email package if you desire it.

7. Do you offer website hosting?

Yes, we do. We offer several website hosting plans. This will be a different contract outside of your maintenance or website contract.

8. How do I decide on a theme or style for my home page and website?

We will sit down with you in a meeting or have a conference call with you to discuss your logo, your colors and content that you would like to use. We may need to throw ideas back and forth usually through E-mails until we come up with the best theme and style and marketing direction that would best represent your business or organization.

9. Do you offer Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

Yes, and this is very important for marketing your site. Over 70% of all consumers search on the Internet for products and services. SEO is most effective in advertising and marketing. Together we will come up with a list of keywords to use so that your website will be come up frequently.

10. I don’t have a logo, can you design one for me to use on my website which would also be used on all of my business documents?

Yes, we will design a logo that will be unique for your business. Your professionally designed logo will be in a press ready format so you can use it for anything you wish.

11. What is E-commerce?

E-commerce simply means Electronic Commerce. Through E-commerce, you can sell products or services instantly to anyone in the world without having to constantly monitor your website. E-commerce gives you the ability to accept payments over the Internet through credit cards, electronic checks or Pay Pal. The Internet has changed over the years in the way people do business. More and more people are shopping on line to save them time and money.

12. Do I have to come to your office?

No matter what part of the world you live in, we can design a website for you. You can send us your information by digitized photos and text files. We accept Word documents, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg images and you can either Email them to us or send by snail mail or FED EX. If you want these items returned to you, please send a postage paid return envelope and we will be happy to mail all materials back to you.

13. If I buy a website from you, do I own it?

Yes! Once your website is completed, it belongs to you. You are not obligated to use our hosting or maintenance services (but most people do), your website is 100% yours. However, if you choose to maintain the site yourself we cannot be held responsible if it should ever fail, become corrupted or no longer functions accordingly. If you require assistance in this regards there will be an hourly charge for any services rendered.

14. Do you design website for individuals?

Yes we do. Some of our customers are for individuals. We can design a professional website for special occasions, weddings, baby and family albums, family reunions etc.

15. What kinds of costs are involved in getting a website designed?

• You have Website Development, Designing and Start-up costs which would include hiring us to build your website. This would also include buying a domain name if you don’t already have one, configuration for your host server and SEO copywriting using keywords so that your website will be picked up by the popular search engines.
• Domain hosting, which is very affordable through us or you can choose your own hosting company.
• Web Content writing, proofing and editing by our professional writer or you can choose to supply your own web content.
• Maintaining your website through periodic editing, additions and updating or adding new pages or images to your website.
• Annual renewal of your domain name and hosting service.
